Lorde (real name Ella Maria Lani Yelich-O'Connor) is a New Zealand singer, songwriter and music producer.
She got her career off to a flying start in 2009 when Ella signed to the Universal Music Group label as a teenager. Her first success was the mini-album The Love Club EP, released in March 2013, which debuted at number two on the charts in Australia and New Zealand.
