Haim is an American rock band from Los Angeles, California. It consists of the three Haim sisters, Esti, Danielle and Alana, as well as Dash Hutton.
The band's sound has been compared to Fleetwood Mac, and their genre has been described as ‘a meeting of nu-folk and nineties R'n'B’.
In 2012 the band released their first mini-album Forever, and in September 2013 the band's debut album Days Are Gone was released. In 2013, the band won the BBC Sound of 2013 poll, played at the Glastonbury Festival and signed a deal with Roc Nation, the label founded by rapper Jay-Z.
