The young and energetic singer burst onto the scene in 2022 and stunned everyone. Claude's catchy debut single "Ladada (Mon Dernier Mot)" was the most popular track in the Netherlands for a few weeks, received gold status and topped Spotify's Top 50 and Top 40. The debutant with his first single topped the official Top 40 for 6 weeks in a row; the last time this happened was thirteen years ago. This great success prompted Claude to be nominated for a Dutch Top 40 Award under the auspices of the Best Newcomer (National) category. Claude also received his first Gold disc at the Cloud 9 Music Showcase at Europe's biggest showcase festival Eurosonic Noorderslag.
