Jeremih (real name Jeremy Phillip Felton) is an American R&B singer, songwriter, rapper and producer. He was born on 17 July 1987 in Chicago, Illinois, United States.
Since childhood he learnt to play musical instruments, mastered drums, piano and saxophone. He made his first recording while studying at Columbia University in Chicago.
His debut single ‘Birthday Sex’ reached #4 on the US Billboard Top-100 national charts in early 2009, and his first album ‘Jeremih’, released the same year, started at #6 on the album chart and sold 59,000 copies in its first week.
In 2018, he formed the duo MihTy with singer Ty Dolla Sign, with whom he released a joint album of the same name (2018).
The singer's latest release is the single ‘Ask For Me’, released on 7 November 2024.
