Garik Sukachev (real name - Igor Ivanovich Sukachev; born. December 1, 1959, Myakinino, Moscow region, USSR) - Soviet and Russian rock musician, poet, composer, film actor, director of theater and film, screenwriter, television host. The leader of the bands Manual Sunset (1977-1983), Postscriptum (P.S.) (1982), Brigada S (1986-1994, since 2015) and The Untouchables (1994-2013). In 1992, he hosted the author's TV show "The Talk" on Channel One. He was born on December 1, 1959 in the village of Myakinino, Moscow Region (now part of the Western Administrative District of Moscow). Sukachev likes to tell the story of how his mother, realizing that the delivery date was approaching, decided on her own on a frosty night to walk from the village of Myakinino to the maternity hospital. When she reached the Moskva River the woman could not go further - the labor began. A neighbor came to her aid. A year after Sukachev's birth the family moved to the Tushino settlement, where Igor grew up. His wife since 1983, Olga Nikolaevna Koroleva (born August 18, 1961). She sold her restaurant Woodstock so her husband could shoot the film Holiday. Dedicated the song "Olga" to his wife. Son Alexander Igorevich Korolev (born August 1, 1985) - filmmaker; graduated from the English University Rowhampton; has a Bachelor's degree in Film Studies. He is also a graduate of the American Film Institute (AFI), with a master's degree in feature film editing. He is a graduate of the Alexander Mitta film school of feature film directing. He is a director of the program "KultBureau". He has acted in films: "Holiday", "Beauty Queen, or a very difficult childhood", "House of the Sun". In 2016 he wrote the script and directed the film "Forgotten". Daughter Anastasia Igorevna Koroleva (born May 24, 2004). Father Ivan Fedorovich Sukachev (1927-2004), was born in Kostemerevo, Skopinsky district, Ryazan region in a large family.
