Timur Sayed-Shah (born September 16, 1987, Moscow), best known by his stage name Check and Timur Check, is a Russian rap and hip-hop artist. His family's roots go back to Nepal. His mother is singer Raisa Sayed-Shah, his grandmother is poet Anna Sayed-Shah. Timur is the illegitimate son of Alexander Barykin.
