The Offspring is an American California punk rock band founded in 1984. The lineup includes vocalist and guitarist Dexter Holland, guitarist Kevin Wasserman, and since 2009 touring guitarist (bassist since 2019) Todd Morse. From the inception of The Offspring, bassist Greg Krisel has been a member of the band. From 1986 to 2003, Ron Welty played drums; for 14 years, Pete Parada was the band's drummer. Over their 39-year career, The Offspring have released ten studio albums. In 2015, the band released the single "Coming for You." It was featured on Radio Contraband on January 30, 2015 and uploaded to YouTube. As of today, it is available for download. On April 25, 2015, the single reached number one on the Mainstream Rock (Billboard) music chart. The previous such success was with the song "Gone Away" in 1997. Copies of the albums sold 40 million copies worldwide. The Offspring is considered one of the best-selling punk rock bands of all time.
