Mari-Leen Kaselaan (born 2 December 1987 in Tartu) is an Estonian pop singer who represented Estonia at the Eurovision Song Contest as a member of the band Suntribe in 2005. She is also known under her pseudonym Mari-Leen. Graduated from the Elva Music School, where she plays violin, and studied at the Elva Music Studio and Ursel Oja Julenurme Music School. Her musical career began within the band Ekvivalent, but her breakthrough came through a competition organised by the Estonian radio station Skyplus, in which Mari-Leen reached the finals. She became known among the Estonian public as one of the members of the Estonian pop group Suntribe. With Suntribe she represented Estonia at Eurovision Song Contest 2005 with the song ‘Let's Get Loud’. Mari-Leen started her solo career with a cover version of the Finnish band Dingo's hit song ‘Levoton Tuhkimo’, in the Estonian-language version called ‘Rahutu Tuhkatriinu’ (i.e. ‘Restless Cinderella’). After the first single reached number one on the Estonian charts, Mari-Leen topped the Estonian charts again with her first solo album Rahutu Tuhkatriinu, produced and written by Sven Lõhmus in December 2006. In December 2011, Mari-Leen announced that she was tired of her music career, so she decided to take a break.
