Diamond Platnumz (real name Nasib Abdul Juma Issac) is a Tanzanian singer, songwriter, dancer, philanthropist and businessman. He was born on 2 October 1989.
His career as a musician began in 2006 at the age of 17. In 2010, he released the breakthrough hit single ‘Kamwambie’ and a debut studio album by the same name. In 2014, Platnumz was nominated for Best International Act: Africa at the BET Awards.
