Valeria Migulina, better known by her pseudonym Mitoo, is a Russian singer and songwriter. She was born on 27 October 2000 in Rostov-on-Don. Valeria graduated from Rostov State University of Economics (RSEU) and started her musical career releasing songs in the pop genre.
