Jessica Smyth, known by the pseudonym Biig Piig, is an Irish singer and rapper based in West London. She performs music in English and Spanish.
Smith was born on 22 January 1998 in Cork, Ireland. She lived in Spain from the age of four to twelve, before moving to West London with her family at the age of 14. There she began writing songs on the ukulele.
At 17, she joined NiNE8 Collective and began working on her own songs. In 2016, she began posting tracks online under the name Biig Piig. In 2017, her song ‘Vice City’ gained attention.
In 2018, she released the five-track EP Big Fan of the Sesh, Vol. 1, followed the following year by a second EP, A World Without Snooze, Vol. 2. In June 2019, she signed with RCA Records.
In 2021, a fourth EP, The Sky Is Bleeding, was released. In 2022, the singles FUN, Kerosene and ‘This Is What They Mean’ were released. In 2023, the mixtape Bubblegum was released.
Early 2025 saw the release of Biig Piig's debut album, 11:11.
