Inna Malikova is a Russian singer and music producer, actress and TV presenter. She is the leader and soloist of the group New Samotsvety. Honoured Artist of Russia (2018).
She was born on 1 January 1977 in Moscow. Father - Yuri Malikov, musician, composer, founder and leader of the VIA ‘Samotsvety’. Mother - Lyudmila Mikhailovna Vyunkova, former dancer, soloist of the Moscow Music Hall.
Malikova began her piano studies at the Merzlyakov School of Music at the Moscow State Conservatory. In 1993, she recorded her first song ‘On a Summer Holiday’, with which she took part in the television projects ‘Morning Star’ and ‘Under the Sign of the Zodiac’.
In 2006, Malikova founded the group New Samotsvety, timing this moment to coincide with the 35th anniversary of her father's musical group. 5 In 2009, the group released its first album, Inna Malikova & Samotsvety NEW.
In addition to the band, Inna Malikova hosts various events, shows and TV programmes. In 2021 she became a presenter together with Olga Orlova of the new programme ‘Say, friend’ on the TV channel ‘Domashniy’.
